Pleomorphism was first discovered by Dr. Antoine Bechamp in the early 1900's. Dr. Bechamp is the Father of the "Terrain Theory." This science is no longer a "theory" however. It is now a proven fact that all dis-ease is caused by what we eat, drink, breath, think, and believe. Not some phantom "bug."

Is your diet acidic or alkaline? One needs to adopt a few healthy eating habits to make one’s body alkaline which will help to improve on immunity and overall health. Here are some tips to increase alkaline foods in one’s diet:
In today’s world Convenience, packed and processed foods dominate; the majority of meals are made up of packed lunches, restaurant food, a sandwich, burger or a pizza. To increase the shelf life food manufacturers add large amount of salt, preservatives, sugar which could be in the form of high fructose corn syrup present in coffee drinks, sodas, snacks, yoghurt etc. Scientists say that sugar directly influences cancer cells. Cancer loves sugar and starches as it thrives on glucose. So therefore by removing sugar one is starving the cancer cells. Also helps in building immunity and making body alkaline.
One needs to maintain alkaline body (PH value between 7.35 – 7.45) to boost one’s immunity and also cancer cells thrive in the acidic environment. A diet made up of 80% fresh vegetable and juices, whole grains, legumes, millets, seeds, nuts and fruits. 20% from cooked foods & beans will help put the body into an alkaline environment.
Fruits rich in fructose, glucose and sucrose required for vital functioning and right time to eat it is on an empty stomach 45 mins – 1hour before the meal which will have a positive effect on the immunity by keeping alkaline. Fruits when eaten with or post meals make the body and blood more acidic. Therefore fruits help in detoxifying once eaten empty stomach. Also, try and pick fruits which grow locally to get more nutrients and fewer pesticides.

Though the body has a natural mechanism to stay alkaline but once the buffer of alkaline ions are depleted from the body it starts to leach calcium out of soft tissues to make blood alkaline. It further depletes magnesium which leads to heart disease and muscles, joints and calf pains.
Also to maintain blood alkaline one needs to eat every 3 ½ – 4 hour as the body needs this much time to completely digest the food. Besides that eating too fast, not chewing food properly also make body more acidic.
Include vegetable juices as it helps in providing live enzymes to build healthy cells. Eating raw vegetables is also beneficial.
Don’t forget to take optimum water intake, minimum 2-3 litres of water a day. To make the water alkaline simply add lime or cucumber to the water.
Cut down on meat, as it is acidic & it’s best to eat fish or lean chicken. Avoid beef or pork. Meat protein is difficult to digest which increases toxins.
Avoid tea, coffee, chocolate or other foods which have caffeine. Switch over to green or herbal or chamomile tea.
